Spa Appointments:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to
your appointment. This will ensure you have the full
time for your treatment. Please keep in mind that
should you arrive late we will still need to complete
the service at the originally scheduled time in
consideration of our next guest.
Payment Methods:
The Stone House Spa accepts
Cash, Debit, Visa, Master/card, and American Express.
Gratuities:
Gratuities are customary, appreciated
and left to the discretion of the client.
Gift certificates donot include tips unless otherwise indicated.
Gift Certificates:
Customized Gift Certificates are available.
All gift certificates may be purchased in person or by phone,
and free delivery is available within 30 km of Sylvan Lake.
Please contact us prior to the expiry date if unable to have the treatment and
we will be pleased to provide an extension if required.
Cancellations:
A credit card number is required and cancellation notice of 12 hours is required.
A message can be left after hours.
50% of the service price will be charged for no prior notice.

Nothing, try to live in the moment and
allow us to help you rejuvenate, relax, and unwind.
